How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
You would apply via our website: www.palisadeatsierradeloro.com. $62 non refundable appliaction fee, $210 refundable holding deposit. Required to make 2.5x the amount of rental rate.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Yes, apartments come with assigned garage/carport. Open spaces are available for guest, 20 permits allowed every three months per household. These permits are obtained via Patrol One portal.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
No utilities included. Water, Trash Sewer. Electric and Gas are paid and set up by resident.
